maroni's Little Italy is an exciting Italian-American dining concept which follows a well-established "Little Italy" tradition of providing customers a great family atmosphere and fine Italian food. The first Amaroni's restaurant opened in 1998, nowadays the Company is operating two Amaroni's restaurants: one in Hong Kong, another in Taiwan.

In Amaroni's food is planned out carefully and authentic Southern Italian cooking methods are used to create food that is rich in flavor. The usual specialties include pasta with tomato sauce, grilled juicy sausages, fresh-baked bread served with full-bodied red wine. A number of house specialties include Bruschetta, Cannelloni, Steak Pizzaiola, Osso Bucco and also Dominic Amaroni's famous Italian Salad.
