Peter M. D. Stevenson
Non-executive Chairman of the Board

Peter Stevenson is Managing Director of, and partner in, McNab Drummond, and Managing Director of Shropshire Limited. Both companies are trading specialists. He became a director of Windy City in 1988 and has been with the Company from its inception. Prior to coming to Hong Kong, Peter Stevenson was with Dodwell and Co., Ltd, in Tokyo where he was appointed the Manager of the company's Consumer Import Department. Before joining Dodwell in 1962, as a director of his family business of A&J MacNab specializing in woven woolen textiles, Peter represented the company in the Far East.  
Peter was educated at Edinburgh University and the Scottish Woolen Textile College in Galashiels.

Michael E. Nardozza
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Michael E. Nardozza is Chief Executive Officer ("the CEO") of the Group and a director of Windy City. He is responsible for the continued growth and strategic direction of the Company.
Mr. Nardozza has been with Windy City for sixteen years, joining as General Manager in 1990. Before joining Windy City, Mr. Nardozza was a manager at Big Four Restaurants Inc., the United States based multi-themed restaurant company hired to help establish the fundamental operating structure of Dan Ryan's. Mr Nardozza spent ten years with this company progressing through all aspects of operations management.
Mr Nardozza was educated at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, graduating with a degree in Business and at Harvard Business School successfully completing the PMD executive education program in 1996.

Andrew D. Ross
Financial Director

Andrew Ross was a founding shareholder in the Group and was appointed Financial Director, on a part time basis, in January 1997.
Andrew Ross qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Law at Strathclyde University in Glasgow. He spent seven years with Price Waterhouse in Hong Kong and the United States during which time he developed extensive experience in corporate restructuring and the auditing of public companies.
In 1985, Andrew Ross joined the Glass Radcliffe partnership, which is now known as Baker Tilly. . He became a partner in 1986 and assisted in the growth of the firm. The corporate service and taxation department of the firm are now under his direct control.

John Fortescue Payne
Non-executive Director

John Payne is a founding shareholder in the Group and is currently a non-executive director.
After graduating from Oxford University with a degree in jurisprudence, he qualified as a solicitor and practised in London. In 1966 he came to Hong Kong where he has practised as a solicitor ever since.   He was for many years one of the senior partners of Johnson Stokes & Master, Hong Kong's largest law firm, where he is currently retained as a consultant.   He was voted Asia Law Leading Lawyer in Banking 2001, 2002 and 2003.
John Payne also practises as a notary public in Hong Kong.

J S Dickson Leach
Non-executive Director

James Leach is a founding shareholder in the Group and is currently a non-executive director.
He has spent more than 34 years in Hong Kong and neighbouring Asian countries and has held directorships of Sir Elly Kadoorie & Sons, HK Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO), CLP (Holdings) Ltd, HK & Shanghai Hotels and Bank of America (Asia).
James Leach is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and has a MBA from Columbia University, New York.

Roger J. Medcalf
Non-executive Director

Roger is one of the longest serving directors of Windy City, having been invited to join the Board at inception by the founders, Malcolm Glass and Paul Christenson.
Born and educated in New Zealand, Jethro Roger Medcalf has been a Hong Kong resident since he was 20 (except for three years in Canada and New Zealand). His early career was spent in journalism in New Zealand, Canada and Hong Kong including six years at the South China Morning Post.
At 30 Roger started his own corporate communications consultancy, Medcalf & Company Ltd, which has operated for 21 years and served a range of well-known companies.
Positions Roger has held in the Hong Kong community: Committee member of the Institute of Directors, Hong Kong; Committee member of the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; Director of Adventure-Ship sailing charity; and Committee member of the Hong Kong Aviation Club.
